Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SortMyQ application ("the App", "our Service"), developed and operated by Insyra ("we", "our", "us").

By installing, accessing, or using SortMyQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must uninstall the App and stop using the Service immediately.

1. Eligibility

To use SortMyQ, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Be the owner or an authorized administrator of a valid Shopify store
• Agree to Shopify's own Terms of Service and agreements

2. Billing and subscriptions

We offer subscription plans for using the Service. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing cycles as listed within the App and on our Shopify App listing.

• Subscription fees are billed directly to your Shopify account.
• You may cancel or downgrade your plan at any time via your Shopify Admin portal.
• Unless otherwise stated, service usages and credits do not carry over between billing cycles.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or highly objectionable content
• Infringe upon a third party's intellectual property or trademarks
• Interfere with or disrupt the security and integrity of the Service
• Circumvent any restrictions, quotas, or billing mechanisms

4. Intellectual Property

The application, its underlying architecture, code, and branding are the exclusive property of Insyra. Content generated by the Service (the "Output") is licensed to you for use in connection with your Shopify store.

5. Service Availability and Accuracy

We strive to provide highly available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any planned downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party integrations (such as Shopify's API limitations).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofIndia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

8. Termination

You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
