3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

• Shopify (for authentication, billing, and API synchronization)

Upon uninstallation, your data is scheduled for deletion in accordance with our retention schedules and Shopify's webhook requirements.

5. Shopify Compliance Webhooks

• Customer Data Request: If we receive a request for customer data, we comply by providing any applicable data we hold (which is generally none).
• Customer Data Erasure: If a customer requests deletion of their data through Shopify, we automatically process the request.
• Shop Data Erasure: After app uninstallation, we delete all store-related data upon receiving the mandatory shop erasure webhook.

6. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and our data practices are governed by the laws of India. By using the service, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any disputes arising under this policy.
